Job Description:
Rals Contracting is urgently seeking a Male General Accounts Assistant with proven construction on-site experience to join our team in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing accounts for construction projects and be able to work efficiently in a site-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities at the construction site
• Handle site expenses, petty cash, and cost tracking
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Coordinate with head office for reporting and audits
• Assist in budget monitoring and expense control
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

• Must have on-site construction experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience (construction industry experience Mandatory)
• Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to work independently at site
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Location Requirement:

• Willing to work in Umm Al Quwain (Accommodation & Transport will be provide)
• Salary Range between - (3000 AED -3500 AED Based on Experience)
