MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assisting in Accounts for invoicing and connected works.
· Assisting work order closing / waste report
· Entering data for WIP Report in sales accounts
· Assist in General Accounts – verification of purchase invoices
· Making purchase JV; s/General/making vouchers.
· Checking petty cash payments / making vouchers
· Assist updating receipts in the system.
· Assist in monitors the waste paper sales.
· Assist in issue of gate passes.
TIMELY JOB FUNCTIONS & ERRANDS
· Supports Accountant in all his works as needed.
· Assisting in preparation of meeting reports, ISO reports and Audit requirements.
· Takes part with the team for periodic internal control measures including inventory checking and the like.
· Assists sales accounts team in preparing delivery notes, invoices in case it is needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Commerce Graduate
· Computer literate with expert skill in MS Office and working knowledge of ERP System, Post qualification experience preferred but not a must
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
