Accounts Responsibilities

  • Handling day-to-day accounting entries (payments, receipts, journals)
  • Maintaining cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts
  • Bank reconciliation and cheque handling
  • Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Coordinating with vendors and customers for payments
  • Assisting in monthly/annual closing of accounts
  • Supporting audits and maintaining financial records
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Managing office administration and documentation
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external parties
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and phone communications
  • Maintaining files, records, and data systems
  • Supporting HR/admin tasks (attendance, leave records, basic payroll support)
  • Office supplies management and vendor coordination
  • Assisting management with reports and daily operations
