Accounts & Compliance Manager

Core Competencies

· Strategic and analytical thinking.

· Good team and stakeholder management.

· Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasts, corporate accounting, audits, treasury, and bank relations.

· Proficiency in financial systems and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

· Overlook the accounting operations and guide the team on transactional queries and accounting period closures.

· Initiate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures with accuracy with reports.

· Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for accounts and reporting systems.

· Have good working knowledge of direct and indirect taxation and liaise with consultants and authorities.

· Monitor and support treasury functions and banking operations.

· Coordinate internal and external audits.

· Preference for candidates with working knowledge and experience on Ind AS and ERP Implementation.
