Accounts Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify daily branch sales.
  • Reconcile cash, card, Talabat (cash & card), online, and mobile app transactions.
  • Identify and resolve sales discrepancies and update the system accordingly.
  • Check and verify branch deposits.
  • Prepare the monthly Majid Al Futaim report.
  • Assist branches with operational and system issues.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Issue cheques to suppliers and maintain payment records.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel and system skills.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Available to join immediately
  • Available in Ras Alkhaimah
  • Has Cashier experience

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounts: 1 year (Preferred)
