Job Title: Accounts Coordinator – Blinds & Curtain Department (UAE Driving License Required)

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support our Blinds & Curtain Department. The ideal candidate will handle project coordination, office administration, basic accounting tasks, and site coordination. The candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and be willing to visit project sites when required. Experience with Odoo, Tally, and strong Excel skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office operations for the blinds and curtain department
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Maintain project documentation and reports
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and maintain financial records
  • Manage petty cash and expense tracking
  • Update data in Odoo and Tally software
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Office Coordinator / Project Coordinator
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting
  • Experience handling petty cash
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo software
  • Experience with Tally ERP
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
