Accounts Executive

The Role
Position Title: Accounts Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A prominent holding company in Dubai, with diversified portfolio of businesses in real estate, contracting, trading, automotive and logistics Job Description • Prepare all financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, bank reconciliation and KPIs • Prepare payments by cheque or online bank portals; handle petty cash and close the petty cash from other cashiers; maintain credit card transaction reports and close the cards on the monthly basis • Utilize financial modelling system throughout works for complete costs and subsequent revenue analysis & management. • Liase with banks for all transactions; manage all tax related compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or business. • Minimum 2 years of work experience in accounting field; overall 4+ years of work experience. • Preferably worked in a mall, co-working space, business center, Food & Beverages, Gaming center, or Cinema in Accounts Department. • Familiar with networking administration, security database management, cloud computing or software development.
