Accounts Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations related to vendor payments and shipping line transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking of invoices in the accounting system.
• Maintaining accurate records of payments.
• Handling shipping line payments and reconciliation.
• Tracking and monitoring payment status with vendors/shipping lines.
• Coordinating with internal departments for payment approvals.
• Preparing MIS reports related to payments and outstanding invoices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in logistics/shipping industry will be preferred.

Salary: As per industry standards 3.5LPAto 4LPA
