Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage our accounting transactions and ensure financial accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting transactions in Tally ERP Prime, including sales, purchases, bank, cash, and expenses

- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

- Ensure timely bank payments, including RTGS, NEFT, Forex, and cheques

- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, including TDS, GST, and Income Tax

- Generate sales invoices and follow up for payment

- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports, such as MIS, Debtors, and Creditors

- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

- Report on the company's financial health and liquidity

- Assist with other accounting projects and update financial data in databases

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience as an Accounts Executive

- Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime

- Advanced MS Excel and Word skills

- Fluency in English

- Experience with general ledger functions

- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

- Excellent organizing abilities

Location:

Candidates staying in the Western line, from Dahisar to Andheri, are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
