Accounts Executive

Job Breif:

This role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure error-free input of financial data, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with accounting standards. Demonstrate expertise should be shown in both accounting principles and efficient data management. They should be comfortable with multitasking and meet the deadlines efficiently

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily accounting operations, focusing on data entry accuracy and financial record-keeping.
  • Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts to verify accuracy of entered data.
  • Maintain audit-ready records by ensuring all entries comply with the standard and company policies.
  • Maintain the records of Account payables to make sure audits are done correctly.
  • Maintain organized digital databases and physical files through systematic data entry and updates.
  • Use accounting software and ERP systems for streamlined data entry.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience, including data entry or financial record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Data management.
  • Typing speed with good accuracy.
