Accounts Executive

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions related to gold, including purchases, sales, and stock movement.
- Handle ERP software for all accounting and inventory-related entries specific to the gold/jewellery industry.
- Create and manage invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and customer/vendor ledgers.
- Reconcile accounts, monitor payments, and follow up on receivables.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes and assist in internal/external audits.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Purchase, Inventory) for accurate data entry and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of gold weight, purity, valuation, and wastage reports.
