Job Description:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and bookkeeping, preferably in a consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, GST, corporate taxes).
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial advisors as required.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, etc.) for financial management.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision‑making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA, CA, or CPA qualification is a plus.
• 2‑5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a consultancy firm.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
