Accounts Executive

Department: Accounts & Finance
Position: Accounts Executive
Qualification: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers may apply)

Job Purpose

To support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist senior accounts personnel in compliance and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, and supporting documents
  • Record daily transactions in accounting software (Tally/ERP)
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and cash book maintenance
  • Prepare invoices and follow up on collections
  • Support GST data preparation and filing (returns, reconciliations)
  • Maintain statutory records and documentation
  • Assist during internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
