We are hiring an Female Accounts Executive in Qatar.

Position: Accounts Executive (Full-Time)

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Senior Manager / General Manager

Salary: QAR 2,500 – 3,500

Visa sponsorship required for transfer

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and update financial ledgers (customer, supplier, cash, bank)

* Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

* Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable, including invoicing, collections, and supplier payments

* Monitor expenses and provide variance analysis to management

* Process payroll and manage employee settlements

* Support VAT filing, audits, and ensure compliance with Qatar regulations

* Coordinate with internal teams on billing, fuel expenses, and operational costs

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems
