Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with minimum 5 years of experience, preferably within a UAE Free Zone environment, to manage and oversee our financial operations in SAIF Zone, Sharjah.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance

• Maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions in accounting systems
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial activities
• Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash efficiently
• Handle online banking transactions and coordinate with banks
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Provide financial reports and insights to support management decision-making
• Track expenses and implement effective cost control measures
• Analyze financial data and recommend improvements for better financial performance
• Coordinate with banks and fulfill all banking requirements (documentation, compliance, etc.)

Audit & Compliance

• Assist internal and external auditors during audit processes
• Provide required financial documents and reports for audits
• Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with experience in UAE Free Zones (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems)
• Good understanding of banking processes in the UAE
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
