Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with experience in e-commerce to manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. The candidate will handle payment gateways, vendor settlements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations related to e-commerce business.
• Handle payment reconciliations from online marketplaces and payment gateways.
• Prepare and maintain vendor invoices, credit/debit notes, and settlements.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for reporting.
• Generate periodic MIS and financial reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts, preferably in e-commerce/retail.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
