Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily accounting tasks: Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Issuing invoices, credit/debit notes, and ensuring timely payments and collections
• Performing bank reconciliations, monitoring transactions, and managing cash flow entries
• Handling GST filings, TDS calculations, and ensuring statutory compliance
• Coordinating with teams on billing, shipment documentation, and cost allocation
• Maintaining financial records using Tally or ERP systems
• Assisting with monthly and annual closings, supporting audits, and preparing financial reports
• Liaising with vendors, customers, and auditors to resolve discrepancies Indeed
