Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Position: Account Executive
Location: Sec 20 Panchkula
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (CA experience will not be consider )
Department: Accounts/Finance

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, vouchers, and entries.
  • Maintain accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
  • Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
  • Support in finalization of accounts and audit-related documentation.
  • Monitor expense records and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors/consultants.
  • Handle invoice preparation, billing, and timely follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.
