Roles and Responsibilities
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner
Record all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like . Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase order etc.
Generating invoices and challan on a day-to-day basis
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Record and maintain stock on a weekly basis
Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
Other accounting and administrative tasks
Requirement and Skills
Should have knowledge of Compliance’s, Balance sheet filing, ITR, GST and TDS return filing and can finalize the same individually, experience in books finalization, auditing, tax audit, ITR of companies, should be up to date with Income tax laws & company laws w.r.t. companies, GST and TDS compliances), Should handle all accounts and accounts Reconciliation. Hand on Tally Experience.
