Job Summary

We are actively seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance and accounting principles, coupled with a proactive approach to handling various aspects of financial management.

●Annual CTC: 300,000-400,000 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Regular Accounting:
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Assist in preparing tax returns and liaise with external auditors during audits.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Record Handling:
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for financial records.
• Handle confidential financial information with discretion.
• Payroll & Relationships:
• Process payroll in an accurate and timely manner, including tax deductions and benefits administration.
• Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR for seamless coordination between finance and human resources.
• Report Management:
• Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate financial information effectively to management and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 Months to 1 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements.
