Accounts Executive – Karachi | ACCA / CA / CMA Part Qualified Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our Accounts Department in Karachi. This role involves accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll support, and tax compliance. Ideal for B.Com/BBA graduates and ACCA/CA/ICMA part qualified professionals eager to grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily transactions and prepare ledger entries
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly and periodic bank reconciliations
• Assist in tax compliance (FBR, SRB) and prepare draft filings
• Support financial statement preparation and reporting
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist in payroll processing and maintain employee records
• Respond to audit queries and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, BBA, BS)
• ACCA / CA / ICMA part qualified (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, MS Excel, and ERP software
• Detail-oriented with good communication and time management skills
