Role Overview: We are seeking a highly proficient Accounts Executive to manage financial operations for our USA-based company. The ideal candidate must possess at least 2 years of experience working with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems, with a strong command of MS Excel. Note: This is a permanent night shift position.

Key Responsibilities:

• US based company Management: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks specifically for USA based company, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Cloud Accounting: Maintain real-time books and financial records using QuickBooks Online and integrated ERP software.
• Advanced Reporting: Utilize MS Excel for advanced data analysis, financial modeling, and customized reporting.
• Reconciliations: Handle complex bank, credit card, and vendor reconciliations within the ERP environment.
• Communication: Coordinate directly with US-based management to resolve billing discrepancies and financial queries

.Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and ERP Software.
• Shift Timing: Ability to work the mandatory shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift).
• Client Exposure: Prior experience working with USA Clients or US-based accounting firms is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas).
• Communication: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for client interaction.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related professional qualification (ACCA/CMA/CA Inter/Final will be preferred)
