Accounts Executive Receivable

An Accounts Executive Receivable manages customer invoices, monitors and collects payments, reconciles accounts, and handles disputes to ensure timely cash flow and accurate financial records. Key duties include generating invoices, performing account reconciliations, following up on overdue payments, maintaining customer records, preparing aging reports, and collaborating with sales and finance departments for compliance and problem resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software, SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions and internal collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
