Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, conducting financial analysis and reporting, preparing budgets, overseeing financial planning, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks will include monitoring financial performance, managing cash flow, and providing financial insights to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in financial planning and management
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare or clinic industry is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
