We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager who can lead our finance function, ensure compliance with Pakistani financial regulations, and support the company’s strategic growth.

Job Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s finance and accounting operations, including taxation, treasury, payables, receivables, compliance, and financial reporting. The role demands strong expertise in the construction and real estate sectors, along with proven knowledge of Pakistani financial laws, FBR, SECP, and SBP regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Oversee Accounts Payable & Receivable functions.
• Ensure accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, SECP, and local laws.
• Support strategic planning through financial analysis and forecasting.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for ongoing projects.
• Manage banking relationships, loan facilities, and project financing.
• Prepare financial models for construction and real estate projects.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, and other FBR requirements.
• Supervise timely filing of tax returns and coordination with tax advisors.
• Ensure compliance with corporate regulations (SECP, SBP) relevant to the real estate and construction industry.

Audit & Controls

• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Implement and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure transparency and compliance in project-related financial transactions.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Projects, Sales, and Operations.
• Assist the CFO in managing the overall Finance Department.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: ACCA, ICMAP, CA (qualified/part-qualified), MBA Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within Construction, Real Estate, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, FBR taxation, SECP, SBP regulations, and corporate compliance in Pakistan.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
