Need a Sr. Manager Finance & Accounts

* Preferably CA qualification or MBA Finance

* Min 8 years of total Experience with min 3 years in leading the Finance function and handling every aspect of Finance

* Must have MIS, Controls, Compliances, SOP creation understanding

* Apt in creating and evaluating financials, business plans

* Apt in Due Diligence, Audits

* Understanding of handling secretarial and legal aspects with help of outsourced agencies
