Accounts / HR Manager

We are looking for result driven female member who brings her enthusiasm to join our growing team as an HR manager.

You will be responsible for:

• Hiring and retaining the best talent
• Efficiantly training Sales & Marketing Staff
• Timely Reporting about the team performance
• Payroll management
• Maintaining records and verification of new staff
• Promoting & implimenting Sops

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 year Prior experiance preferably in retail outlet
• Graduation / Bachelors
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Have a personal commitment to continuously learn and improve.
• Knowledge of Excel and Marketing (preferably)
• 2 reference/ guatantor of govt officials or businessmen in twin cities

JOB TIMING: 12PM to 8pm / 10PM

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
