Accounts Intern

We "Scents n Stories," are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an "Accounts Intern".

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including processing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
• Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide prompt and professional customer service.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue and business growth.
• Monitor account activity and proactively address any issues or discrepancies.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or financial services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
