About the Role
Advance Global IT Support is an international organization providing services across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. We are offering a structured internship-to-full-time pathway for a passionate and career-focused Accounts professional.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to global finance operations, bookkeeping, invoicing systems, and digital accounting tools. The selected candidate will be trained to transition into a permanent role after the training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor/partner invoices received from international resources.
- Maintain accurate payable ledgers and financial records.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure payment accuracy.
- Support the preparation and issuance of client invoices for global projects.
- Record receivables and track outstanding payments.
- Assist with reconciliations and reporting.
- Maintain general ledgers and financial entries.
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Organize digital records and documentation.
- Use Google Sheets, Excel, and internal financial systems for data entry and reporting.
- Manage currency conversions and basic calculations for international invoices.
- Assist with dashboards, tracking sheets, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in: Finance,Accounting,Commerce,Business Administration (Finance/Accounts)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of Google Sheets / Excel
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and ledgers
- Good understanding of documentation and reporting
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet timelines
