2–4+ yrs experience in Account Management into logistics and import /export industry .

Strong in communication, negotiation & CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)

Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset

Role includes client management, upselling, strategic planning, reporting & issue resolution.
