Position: Accounts Manager

Location: Full-time, on-site in Lahore

EstateX.com is looking for an accomplished and detail-focused Accounts Manager with over 7 years of proven experience in financial management. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring precision in reporting, compliance with regulations, and maintaining overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, laws, and standards.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial reconciliations and audits.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Manage tax filings, payroll, and other financial obligations.
• Implement internal controls and improve financial processes to increase efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow and forecast future financial trends for business growth.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering growth and ensuring team productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance management, preferably within real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Odoo).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
