Accounts Manager

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and team management. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial analysis, along with leadership skills to manage the accounts team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
• Prepare and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory filings.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities.
• Implement and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Review, reconcile, and analyze financial data to support management decisions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate periodic MIS reports and present financial performance to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA/ICWA preferred).
• Proven experience (5–8 years) in accounting, finance, or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
