Accounts Manager

Job Title: Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the entire accounts and finance department.

Handle project-wise accounting, budgeting, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA, etc.).

Prepare and monitor cash flow, MIS reports, and financial statements.

Manage vendor payments, client billing, bank reconciliation, and fund flow.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Supervise team members and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.

Monitor project expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

Implement internal controls for accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting .

Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounts, preferably in the construction/real estate sector.

Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing, and project accounting.

Proficiency in Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.

Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
