Job Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Kochi

Experience: 3–4 years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Manager to manage finance operations and ensure statutory compliance. The role involves supervising the accounts team, handling audits, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Filing GST & TDS returns

Review & sign off Payroll

Build SOPs and checklists

Generation of final accounts

Provide guidance and training to the team

Handle audit & statutory compliance

Prepare MIS reports

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CA Inter preferred)

3–4 years of experience in accounting and compliance

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI

Experience with Tally or any ERP software

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong mathematical ability and analytical skills
