Accounts Manager

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements and monitor budgets and expenses.
  • Manage client billing, job-wise invoicing, and payment collections.
  • Track receivables and maintain client-wise ageing reports.
  • Record and analyse service, material, and manpower costs.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with service, purchase, and HR teams for financial data.
  • Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and cost control.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial service or engineering sector preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
