We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage accounting services for our clients. As a leading outsourcing firm, we provide comprehensive financial and accounting solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across India and overseas. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, manage mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, and streamline accounting operations. This role demands strong analytical skills, leadership, and expertise in managing outsourced accounting services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations for multiple clients, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Oversee tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on behalf of clients.
  • Assist clients in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management strategies.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify financial integrity and compliance with tax laws and company policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and regulatory bodies, auditors, and tax consultants.
  • Implement best accounting practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Support clients with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including data preparation, due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction structuring.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the accounting team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and provide data-driven insights to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in outsourced accounting or financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, financial reporting, and M&A processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).
  • Excellent communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
