Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for the company and related entities.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST returns, reconciliation and compliance with applicable GST laws.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and consultants for assessments, audits and compliance matters.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Support strategic decision-making with budgetary control and forecasting insights.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor budgetary performance, and ensure cost control measures.
  • Provide forecasts and financial projections to support business planning.
  • Coordinate and manage statutory, internal and tax audits.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with all statutory requirements under Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax laws.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and inspection purposes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts and finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency and professional growth.
  • Establish robust internal controls and accounting systems to improve process efficiency.
  • Manage cash flow planning, fund management and working capital optimization.
  • Oversee payments, receivables and vendor reconciliations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
