Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance; experience in the travel/tourism industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Tally / QuickBooks / ERP systems.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Support management with financial insights and reports for decision-making.
