Position Overview

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital solutions, and acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand client goals to drive value.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build long-term, trusted relationships and maintain high client satisfaction.
Understand client goals, business needs, and expectations to ensure alignment with deliverables.


Project Oversight & Coordination

Work closely with internal teams (design, development, strategy, QA) to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor project progress, deliverables, and dependencies.
Coordinate discussions, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues where required.


Account Growth & Strategy

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.
Prepare and present pitches, proposals, and performance updates.
Support the development of account plans to drive business growth.


Operational Excellence

Facilitate project kick-off meetings, weekly reviews, and status updates.
Track budgets, timelines, invoices, and cost variances.
Maintain documentation, MoMs, reports, and CRM updates.


Must-Have

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong client handling and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in managing digital/IT/marketing service accounts.
Good understanding of project workflows in IT, digital marketing, web/mobile development, or UI/UX.
Proactive problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.


Nice-to-Have

Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, HubSpot, Asana, Confluence, or similar.
Understanding of digital strategy, marketing analytics, or UX processes.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2–6 years of experience in Account Management or Client Success roles in a digital/IT environment.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
