We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of the hotel, ensure compliance, and manage all accounting functions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hotel’s full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, profit & loss reports, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts.
  • Monitor daily revenue reports, room revenue, F&B revenue, and other departmental income.
  • Ensure accurate posting of transactions and reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Oversee night audit reports and verify revenue accuracy.
  • Manage vendor payments, credit control, and collections.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory filings, and hotel industry accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit processes.
  • Monitor cost controls for F&B, stores, purchases, and inventory systems.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
  • Supervise and train accounting staff, ensuring smooth department operations.
  • Establish internal financial controls and maintain proper documentation.
  • Work closely with General Manager, F&B, Stores, and Operational Heads for financial insights and support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 3–7 years of hotel accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, Tally/ERP, and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
