Accounts Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting operations, including invoicing, procurement, and the accurate maintenance of financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Management

  • Operate accounting software to accurately record financial transactions
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records

Invoicing & Receivables

  • Prepare and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner, in line with company policies
  • Track payments and manage accounts receivable
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure healthy cash flow

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an accounting role
  • At least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience (Required)

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, procurement, and inventory management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
