About Us:
ThinkTrek (TT Technologies) Pvt. Ltd is a growing e-commerce company managing multiple online stores in Pakistan and UAE. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Manager to join our Islamabad team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of multiple e-commerce stores.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in Quick Books Online.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Generate periodic financial reports and assist with audits.
- Prepare monthly staff salaries and manage payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing company accounts/books.
- Hands-on experience with Quick Books Online (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial statements, and reconciliations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
