Position: Accounts Manager (ACCA Member) – Onsite | Islamabad | Morning Shift

HBCS UAE is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager with Active ACCA Membership to join our Islamabad (Gulberg Greens) team.

This on-site position requires strong expertise in accounting, VAT, taxation, compliance, and proven leadership and team management skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to lead a team while maintaining high standards of accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, cash flow, and management reports.
• Lead the preparation and filing of VAT and tax returns in full compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and internal control policies.
• Manage reconciliations, budgeting, invoicing, and audit coordination.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills in guiding, mentoring, and supervising junior accounting staff.
• Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.
• Stay updated with changes in VAT, taxation, and financial reporting standards.

Requirements

• Active ACCA Membership (Mandatory).
• 4–5 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, or audit.
• Strong command over VAT, taxation, compliance, and IFRS-based financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Odoo, QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or other ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Experience working in a well-reputed organization with team-handling exposure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
