Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts
payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
- Oversee preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in
compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory compliances.
- Monitor working capital, cash flow, and coordinate with banks for financial
transactions.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to assist business
decision-making.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in
financial operations.
- Provide financial insights to management for cost optimization and profitability.
Key Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong background in accounting within a product/manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation, GST, and other
compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
