Job description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/BDM with proven experience in the events and exhibitions industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. A deep understanding of event production, exhibition stand design, and project delivery is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and exhibition sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM entries, and market intelligence.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Handle contract negotiations and close deals in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in exhibition stand sales (GCC experience Mandatory).
  • Strong existing network within the events/exhibition industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, booth layouts, and production requirements.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Fluent in English

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
