Accounts Manager - IT Sales

We are looking to hire an experienced key account manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients. The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue, satisfying clients with the services provided, and maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving scale and growth through proper sales planning and precise execution.
  • Engage, Retain, and Upsell existing customer accounts.
  • Developing and maintaining of database regular reporting & follow-ups.
  • B2B Front-line Sales Mapping of new projects and new client acquisition.
  • Upselling, collecting Payments, account management, account growth, and account success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as Account Manager - It sales.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Technical knowledge - Mobile application, Web Design, Digital Marketing Platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
