Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts in compliance with accounting principles.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and vendor payments.
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
• Ensure timely tax submissions, withholding statements, and compliance with local laws.
• Coordinate with internal departments to verify invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Support audits by preparing required documents and reports.
• Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the implementation of accounting modules in ERP (Odoo).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) as Accounts Officer/Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Odoo) will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
