Accounts Officer

Lahore, Pakistan

Job Purpose
To assist with financial transactions, maintain student fee records, and ensure accuracy in ledger entries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect student fees and maintain accurate records in the ledger.
  • Issue receipts and track outstanding payments.
  • Record daily financial transactions in the system.
  • Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
  • Keep organized records of financial documents and files.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Skills: Familiarity with accounting software, MS Excel, attention to detail, and basic financial knowledge.
