for the following Position.

*Accounts Officer-Payables*

This role requires but is not limited to responsibility for day-to-day tasks such as:

• Looking after overall bank payments, including cheque preparations and coordination with audit department
• Process and verify invoices, bills, and other payment documents
• Ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers
• Maintain and update accounts payable records and reconcile vendor ledgers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams
• Implement and maintain internal controls
• Recording of day-to-day journal vouchers
• Preparation of Vendor Ageing report
• Recording of vendor invoices related to store purchase

Experience

• Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience

Qualifications & Soft Skills

• Minimum B.Com/ BBA/ BS – Finance or Part qualified Professional Accountant.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel in particular.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experience of Working on SAP will be an added advantage

Location: SITE Area, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
