Accounts Officer

IBSTEC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Assist with audits and tax documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial matters
  • Must have experience handling import and export accounting, including documentation, LC processing, duties, and related financial transactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Experience in import/export financial documentation and processes
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
